Did you notice how each state or province has managed the Covid pandemic slightly different? Despite the common goal of fighting this potentially deadly virus, each of them had different outcomes. When comparing countries or continents, the resource distribution is often uneven leading to different results, but if you look at Canadian provinces or USA states the resources were more or less the same – and still people yielded different results at different times throughout the last year.
