December for me is a month in which I look back on the past year, and set some goals for the new year ahead. It’s an exciting month for me, with Christmas being my favourite holiday of the year. Decorating the house always marks the fact that we’ve made it through another year, despite all the ups and downs the year might have brought.

Earlier this year I set a goal to coach ten people to write their book. That turned out to be a combined number of 4322 (so far) in over 120 different countries around the world, and a growing team right here in Calgary. Exciting times!

When setting goals we often get so tangled up in the “how” something is going to happen, while all you have to focus on is the “what” and “why” – the how will sort itself out. And in my case, tends to be a 180 degrees different from what we thought it would be.

What are some of the goals you have set for yourself for next year? If there’s anything I can support you with, I’d love to have you as part of my success community at Liberty Training Academy in one of my courses. See you at the top 🙂
