As promised – my new course Service Management Key Performance Indicators and Reporting is now live and available for you to preview at Liberty Training Academy! You could be one of the first people to get access.

This course will be more advanced than the foundation course on Service Management I created many years ago. We’ll dive deeper into setting Key Performance Indicators for Service Management and using reports to track and measure your performance. With the goal, of course, to take action and keep improving and maturing our service management processes. The goal of any report, and any metric on that report, is to DO something.

What you’ll learn

I’ve been doing online courses for several years in different forms – it’s not my first rodeo – and thanks to you it keeps getting better. I’m excited to welcome you to this program to share more of my ITSM background and experience. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share more of my stories, insights and knowledge from all these years combined into this program.

The principles you’ll learn in this course can be applied to any service management process in any service organization, within or outside the realm of information technology.

  • You know how to deal with key performance indicators related to the most important service management processes. You’ll also be more prepared to deal with (and interpret) data sources and other reporting tools.
  • You can set service management goals and objectives and you know how to set and define (critical) performance indicators for your service organization.
  • You know how to use reports to measure your KPIs and realization of your objectives.
