Are you one of those people who enjoys doing everything yourself? You’d much rather learn the hard way, doing things your way, than allowing yourself to get the help you deserve. I definitely belong in that category. I’m a self-thaught everything, and a bit of a lone wolf. And even though I eventually figured a lot of things out that way, it’s not always necessary to go at it alone.  Because the more I learn from others, and the more knowledge I acquire by having mentors, teachers, and coaches, the faster I can grow and the more successful I can be.

Research says that the average person spends four hours in front of the television per day. That’s two full months out of every year, not including any sleep. And yet we claim we’re “too busy” to call a friend, sign up for a course, exercise, read (or write!) that book we’ve always wanted to read (or write). The list goes on. I enjoy watching a little television every once in a while, but by reducing the time I spend on watching television …
