For more than 15 years, I have helped people and their companies achieve their own results, beyond their goals.

Very early in my career I realized I was often working on the same issues, just with many different clients. The best practice principles I trained, coached and consulted my clients on where mostly the same. I heard myself saying the same things over and over again. Just the clients were different, and their situations were different. I jokingly said, you should just record me so I don’t have to repeat myself to lay the ground work – and you can go much faster, or at your own pace.
