What do you fill your days with? It doesn’t matter whether you’re an entrepreneur or business owner, next Monday why not do this simple exercise: for every 15 minutes of the day, track exactly what you spend your time on. Do this for a few weeks (if you can keep up), or even just a few days. After that, look back on your sheet to see where most of your time goes.
