Setting SMART Business Goals As A Creative Entrepeneur

Every quarter, I set my goals for my life as a creative entrepreneur. Which sometimes means I spend a weekend resetting myself. Forgetting about everything I’ve been doing – and looking at what still works, and what doesn’t. My focus is always on setting SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Tangible. I’ve taught “SMART” goals ad nauseam in my career as a Service Management consultant, but they apply in setting any other goals in your life, or creative business, as well.
