How does a book generate income?

This post is an example of the content I share every Friday in my Living by Experience Magazine. If you’d like your free copy, click here.
One of the most popular question I get is how much money exactly I’ve made from my book sales. The honest truth is that a book itself doesn’t usually generate a large, continuous cash flow. The good news is that was never the point. In the video below I explain why.
Often we find that the income isn’t necessarily in the book itself. A book costs $15 – $20 or maybe you’re able to charge $30, whatever you’re comfortable with. In any way, to make a thousand dollars on a $20 book sale you need to sell quite a large number of books.
If you have an additional product that’s behind the book and that’s supported by that book, you’ll be able to drive a lot more business that way and generate multiple streams of income that will support you and help you build a bottom line in the end.
In my Write a Book in a Week program I’ll show you exactly how I’ve applied my system to create additional streams of income. You can get all the details here.
P.S. No pressure, but if this post helped you in any way, please consider buying me a coffee to keep me going. Thanks!
