Stop Talking About Your Goals And New Years Resolutions – Instead, Do This
Stop talking about your goals. Yeah, I said it. Don’t talk about your goals anymore. And while I’m at it: get rid of your vision board. I cleaned mine out the other day. I had enough of positive thinking for the sake of positive thinking. It doesn’t work. Vision boards are fun to make if you want some clarity or like arts and crafts in general, but they don’t make anything happen.
Gratitude isn’t something passive, it’s recognizing your momentum and keeping it going. Adopting an attitude of gratitude means honouring where you are now, and your intention to keep going.
Forget About Your Goals
Settings goals can be a fun process. But there’s infinitely more people talking about travelling and/or writing a book than the ones who do something (or anything) to get that one step closer to their goal. Only action does. Be less passive about what matters most.
